The desk

Ring the Bell

There is no front desk with a little brass bell at Saengerhalle, so email does the job instead. Every message lands in one shared inbox that all three of us read.

Email: inbox@saengerhalle.com

We have no phone line, no chat window and no office that takes visitors. Writing gives us time to look things up and answer properly. Most messages get a reply within a few working days.

Good reasons to write

  • Something looks wrong. Tell us which page and what you think is inaccurate. We check it against the source and update the article if needed; When We Fix Things explains the process.
  • A question about a game. Puzzled by a bonus trigger, a poker rule or a table bet? Ask away. Good questions often turn into articles in Slots, Table Games or Online Poker.
  • A topic idea. If there is a feature, game or piece of technology you would like explained, we would love to hear it.
  • Privacy requests. To ask what we hold about you or to have earlier emails deleted, write to the same address. Details are in Privacy at the Hall.
  • Cooperation. Businesses that would like to publish an article with us can describe the idea by email. Every piece still has to meet our editorial rules: accurate, no win promises, 18+ and local-law reminders included.

What we cannot do

We are a magazine, not a casino, a regulator or a complaints service. That means we cannot:

  • look into a dispute about a payout, a bonus or a closed account;
  • tell you whether a particular operator is safe or licensed for your country;
  • give legal, financial or tax advice;
  • predict results or recommend what to play.

For problems with an operator, contact its customer service first and then the regulator named in its licence.

If gambling is weighing on you

We are not a support service, but we do not want anyone to struggle alone. Please read Keep It a Game, which lists warning signs and explains where to look for local help.

Writing a useful message

A few details help us answer faster: the page address if you are writing about an article, the game or format you mean, and what you have already checked. Please do not send passwords, account numbers or identity documents. We never need them, and we would delete them straight away.

This opens your email app with the message ready to send to inbox@saengerhalle.com. Nothing is stored on this site.

Asked before you ask

Questions that reach our inbox most

Quick answers to the things people ask us again and again.

Can you tell me which casino to join?

No. We explain how games work, but choosing whether and where to play is your call. Check that any operator holds a licence valid where you live.

Is a slot ever due to pay?

Never. Each spin is drawn independently by a random number generator, so a long dry spell does not bring a win any closer.

Why do you not list RTP figures?

The same game can run in several versions with different settings. The info screen at your operator shows the one that applies to you.

Can I send you an article idea?

Yes, please. Tell us the game, feature or piece of tech you would like explained, and we will add it to the list.
